Hybrid Mindset Founded

We started doing consulting work back in 2019 for various small businesses in the Phoenix Arizona area. This is where it all began. Building internal tools using PHP & MySQL database backends and web based user interfaces.

Started Development On Shutterfly Custom Path

Shutterfly was a web app that allowed users to upload photos and print pictures and postcards. We came in and worked on the flex based UI app to allow custom drag and drop development of a custom photo book all via the web.

Started Developing GameBuilder Studio

We started development on a startup called GameBuilder Studio. It was essentially a 2D cross-platform game development tool to make the creation of 2D games a lot easier. No coding was required. It was just a drag-and-drop graphical user interface. GameBuilder Studio was launched in Mountain View California.

We Raised Capital To Launch GBS

We grew the team and ended up raising a small amount of capital from a small business incubator. This was to grow GameBuilder Studio.

Started Working WIth Directv

We started working with Directv on their directv.com website and video streaming. This was during the transition from Flash video to HTML5 video.

August 2016

NFL Sunday Ticket web app was launched

We developed a NFL Sunday Ticket streaming app for the web platform. We worked with server teams to capture DRM live streams and broadcast live games every Sunday via an Adobe Flex based app.

AT&T CTO Award Winner

Lavon won the AT&T CTO Award For his work on the NFL Sunday Ticket web platform. We had to hire a javascript development team from scratch and convert the NFL Sunday Ticket app into an HTML5 web app in a short amount of time.

Started Working WIth AT&T TV

We started working on the AT&T OTT streaming platform. Building out features like pausing live tv and rewinding, as well as tv guide features.

October 2019

Worked On HBO Max Launch

Time Warner was recently acquired by AT&T and needed additional help developing final functionality to launch HBO Max.

Started Working With HK Lending

Developed some lead marketing systems to track marketing dollars from Lead ads all the way through to CRMs and eventually automated lead followup drop campaigns.
